Motion to approve Special Exceptions TLSE-2018-0012, Russell Branch Retail to
allow a 6,000 sq. ft. Car Wash (Standalone) with additional 5,000 sq. ft. under canopy
outdoor areas based on the findings for approval contained in the June 11, 2019,
Town Council staff report and subject to the Special Exception plat dated May 20,
2019, and conditions for approval contained in the revised draft resolution dated June
11, 2019.
