MOTION 2019-111
I move pursuant to Section §§15.2-2907(D) and 2.2-3711(A)(8) of the Code of
Virginia that the Leesburg Town Council convene in a closed meeting for the purpose
of consultation with legal counsel and briefings by staff members or consultants
pertaining to utility considerations for the annexation or boundary line agreement of
the JLMA and to discuss potential changes to the county’s revised general plan
regarding utilities and future annexations in the JLMA.
