Subject: Request for public records for comments at upcoming public meeting on 1 -9 -15
Dear Custodian of Records,
have reviewed the records available online at Gulf - Stream.org relating to the upcoming
public Commission meeting scheduled for January 9, 2015 at Town Hall. Unfortunately, of the
41 pages of agenda items posted on line, pages 12 and 14 are difficult to read because they
were apparently posted upside down. If you have the time, could you please post these
correctly? I wish to review these and any other records to be made available to
Commissioners for this meeting so I may informatively speak about issues related to
these records and the agenda items. Please provide any other records to be provided to
Commissioners for this meeting that are not presently found on the Town's website under
the record you describe as Ol 09 2015 Aeenda Packet.
Please see below the terms and notices under which I make this public record request.
Thank you for your assistance.
Sincerely.
Chris O'Hare
