AN ORDINANCE: AMENDING SEC. 6-2 OF THE TOWN CODE RE VOTING
PLACES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Leesburg,
Virginia, as follows:
That Sec. 6-2 is hereby amended to read as
SECTION I.
follows:
Sec. 6-2.
Votin~ places.
The election of municipal officials and the voting
place for such election in the west precinct shall be
at the Leesburg Volunteer Fire Department Building, and
the election of municipal officials and the voting place
for such election in the east precinct shall be at the
Loudoun County Rescue Squad building,k,
SECTION II. That an emergency is declared and this ordi-
nance shall be in full force and effect from and after its pas-
sage.
