ORDINANCE NO. 76-0-8 ADOPTED April 14~ 1976
AN ORDINANCE: AUTHORIZING QUIT-CLAIM OF CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Vir-
ginia, as follows:
SECTION I. That the Town hereby releases and quit-claims
unto John S. Paul and Betty A. Paul, his wife, all of its rights,
title and interest in and to Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 as shown on
the plat of the John S. and Betty A. Paul property in the Town
of Leesburg, Leesburg Magisterial District, Loudoun County, Vir-
ginia, made by C. Terry Titus, C.L.S., dated April 7, 1976,
copy of which is on record in the Office of the Clerk of the
Council.
SECTION II. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and di-
rected to authenticate a quit-claim deed granting and conveying
the above rights to John S. Paul and Betty A. Paul, contingent
upon the payment of $350.00 for legal fees.
SECTION III. That an emergency is declared and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
