Minutes
1. Call to Order: Chair Pam Waxlax opened the meeting at 7:05 PM with the following members
present:
Jean Bertschmann Curt Cooprider
Michelle Murdock Pam Waxlax
Beth Herlihy Rick Flannery @ 7:10 PM
Also Present: Town Counsel, Ray Miyares
Associate Town Counsel, Eric Reustle
2. Community Input - Members of the Community are invited to share ideas, state opinions or
ask questions.
There were no members of the public present
3. Acceptance of Minutes
Minutes for the meeting of March 7, 2016 were reviewed.
On a motion from Jean Bertschmann, seconded by Michelle Murdock the minutes were
approved.
VOTE: Favor: 5 Against: 0 Absent: 2
4. Charter Update Process
Chair Pam Waxlax opened a discussion regarding the Charter update process.
List of Department Heads and Committee Chairs to be interviewed
A list of Town Officials and Committees was passed out for review.
Members reviewed questionnaire to be presented to Town Officials, Boards and Committees.
Vice Chair Michelle Murdock will rework the questionnaire after discussions.

6. Adjournment
On a motion made by Jean Bertschmann, seconded by Michelle Murdock, the Committee voted
to adjourn the meeting at 8:49 PM.
VOTE: Favor: 6 Against: 0 Absent: 1
