NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

On Tuesday evening October 1, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held by the Plan
Commission of the Village of Plainfield in the Village Hall Board Room, 24401 W. Lockport Street,
Plainfield, Illinois, to consider a petition for special use permit to allow a private recreation facility to
be located in the B-5, Traditional Business District, on the property known as 15115 S. Des Plaines
St., in the Village of Plainfield, Will County, Illinois, as legally described below:
The North 60 Feet Of Lot 8 In Block 2 Of The Original Town Of Plainfield, A Subdivision Of Part
Of The Northeast Quarter Of Section 16, Township 36 North, Range 9 East Of The Third Principal
Meridian, In Will County, Illinois PIN: 06-03-16-210-014-0000
