Full description of the property, residential, commercial, etc. 2. Design drawings of the proposed system, site plan, roof plan and connection details for the PV panels. 3. Catalog cuts for all PV equipment. 4. Description of existing utility power, including amperage, voltage and name brands of gear. 5. Electrical one – line drawing of the proposed system 6. Specific labels and locations of labels. 7. A wire schedule of the proposed system. 8. A drawing detailing PV array, disconnect and inverter locations. 9. Details regarding mounting racks, number and type of mounting connections to the roof structure. 10. All drawings must be stamped by a licensed professional engineer in the state of Illinois. 11. A letter from the engineering firm stating that after evaluating the roof system, it is their opinion that the roof will adequately support the load imposed by the solar panels and mounting system. 12. Provide name of “Qualified Person” on-site. 13. Provide Certified Distributed Generation Installer Certificate Number
