AMENDING SECTION 12.1-10 AND SECTION 12.1-5 OF
THE TOWN CODE REGARDING THE NEW POSITION OF
DEPUTY MANAGER
ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
SECTION I. Section 12.1-10 of the Town Code, which is the
classification plan for the Town, is hereby amended by adding
to the executive-managerial occupation group the position of
deputy manager.
SECTION II. The position of deputy manager shall carry
no added compensation.
SECTION III. An emergency is declared and this ordinance
shall be in effect from the date of its passage.
