Minutes of the Strategic Planning Meeting of the Village President and the Board of Trustees
Held on August 19,2019
in the Community Room
Mayor Collins called the meeting to order at 5:17 p.m. Present were: Mayor Collins, Trustee
Benton, Trustee Bonuchi, Trustee Calkins, Trustee Larson, and Trustee Wojowski. Trustee Newton
was absent. Others present: Lewis G. Bender, Facilitator; and, Brian Murphy, Administrator.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
None.
STRATEGIC PLANNING DISCUSSION
Mr. Lew Bender, Facilitator, engaged the Board and Administrator in a team building exercise.
Mayor Collins thanked everyone for their participation.
On a motion from Trustee Bonuchi and seconded by Trustee Larson, the meeting adjourned at
8:38 p.m.
