Motion to enter closed session pursuant to Virginia Code § 2.2-3711 A.1. and A.8. to
(1) discuss the Town Attorney’s performance, salary, and employment contract and
(2) consult with legal counsel retained by the Town Council regarding legal matters
requiring the provision of legal advice by such counsel, specifically questions raised by
the letter to the editor of Loudoun Now from some members of Council.
