Motion to authorize the acquisition of permanent and temporary easements on
Property Owned by Heritage Square, a Condominium, for Public Use by
Condemnation for the purpose of construction of the Edwards Ferry Road Sidewalk
and Bus Shelters Project with the condition of meeting with the community to address
the community’s issues concerning the shelters.
