PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION
WHEREAS, Block 6.1, lot 1, for property located at 339 Roosevelt Avenue, is assessed to the
Borough of Carteret, and
WHEREAS, the Tax Assessor, upon demolition of the Borough Building, changed the
classification from 15c exempt to class 1 vacant land and taxes were assessed in the year 2003,
and
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector is recommending that taxes for 2003 be cancelled accordingly,
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret, County of Middlesex, New Jersey, that the Tax Collector cancel taxes as follows:
