AMENDING CHAPTER 17 OF THE TOWN CODE RE
BUSINESS LICENSE FEE FOR MASSAGE PARLORS
ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
SECTION I. Article II of Chapter 17 of the Town Code is
amended by adding a new section, to be numbered Section 17-78,
which will read as follows:
Sec. 17-78. Massage Parlors
Any person conducting, operating or engaging in the
business of a massage parlor, as defined in Section 11-62
of the Town Code, shall pay an~annual license tax of $5,000
per location.
This ordinance shall be in effect upon its
