RESOLUTION NO. 63 -272
A. RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY, CALIFORNIA CONFIRM-
ING THE STREET SUPERINTENDENT'S REPORT
AND ASSESSMENTS THEREIN (EAST SIDE OF
FARAGO AVENUE BETWEEN FREER AND GRAND AVE.)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. In accordance with Section 5883 of the Govern-
ment Code, the report of the Street Superintendent with respect to
the construction of improvements in the blocks from Freer Street to
Grand Ave. on the east side of Farago Avenue, and the proposed assess-
ments set forth therein are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. In the event that said assessments are not paid
within five days from date hereof, the Street Superintendent is di-
rected to record a notice of lien in the office of the County Record-
er and turn over a notice of lien to the tax collector For delivery
to the County Auditor for entry on the county assessment books opposite
the descriptions of the parcels concerned. Until the said sum has ,
been paid in full and discharged of record, interest at the rate of
6% (six per cent) per annum, will be charged commencing from the
31st day from date hereof.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of March, 1963.
