Thank you, Mike, and for your quick response.
I just need this to include that you gave me this response when we had a meeting with Steve Magoon and you
on December 27th.
(I need this to verify the date we met so it's in writing that we have 30 days from that meeting to file an appeal.)
Please add a brief sentence like my underline above and we'll be all set.
With thanks,
Joanne

Good morning Ms. Hammil,
RE: Zoning/Code Enforcement Determination - 73-75 Morse Street
This email is in response to your request for our determination in writing, regarding the project under construction at
the above address. The project in question, was issued a building permit(s) to: (1) renovate and construct an attached
garage to an existing single-family residence, (2) reconstruct a condemned two family, and (3) reconstruct a condemned
detached garage (building) at the rear of the property.
The entirety of the project was determined to be permitted by building permit only, under section 4.06b and c, in
addition to section 4.07 of the Watertown zoning ordinance, in that the new construction and/or additions were in
compliance with current code and/or did not change the pre-existing non -conforming condition (i.e., use and building
coverage).
Thank you,
Mike Mena
