ORDINANCE NO. 81-0-7 ADOPTED March 25, 1981
AN ORDINANCE: AMENDING SECTION 10-42 OF THE TOWN CODE
ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
SECTION I. Section 10-42 of the Town Code is amended to
read as follows:
Sec. 10-42. Proration of fee.
In the event that any person makes application
for a motor vehicle license under the provisions of
this article after the fifteenth day of October, but
before the firs-~ay of January, the license fee s-]~l
be one-half of the initial fee. Application for a
motor vehicle license after the first day of January
of the license year shall be one-third of the ~nitial
fee.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
