AN ORDINANCE: AMENDING SECTION 12.1-10 OF THE TOWN CODE
WHEREAS, The United States Department of Housing and Urban
Development has awarded a Community Development Block Grant under
the Small Cities Program to Leesburg for' the South Harrison Street
Redevelopment and Revitalization Project; and
THEREFORE, ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in
Virginia, as follows:
SECTION I. Section 12.1-10 of the Town Code is amended to
add the following occupational group and positions:
Occupational Groups
Executive
Administrative-Clerical
Positions
Assistant to Manager
for Community Development
Secretary
This Ordinance shall be in effect upon its passage.
Pay Grade
