A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY, CALIFORNIA, INSTRUCT-
ING. THE CITY MANAGER TO PUBLISH NOTICE
INVITING BIDS FOR INSTALLATION OF A
STORAGE BUILDING IN LIVE OAK PARK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby instructed to publish
notice inviting bids in accordance with Section 37903 of the Govern-
ment Code of the State of California, in regard to the installation
of a storage building in Live Oak Park in Temple City.
SECTION 2, Notice Inviting Bids, pursuant to Section 1
shall be in the exact form of the notice attached to this Resolution,
marked exhibit "a" and made a part hereof as though set forth in
full.
SECTION 3. All bids shall be in accordance with the afore -
described Notice Inviting Bids (Exhibit "A ").
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of March, 1963.
