William Reiser; Clerk -Treasurer, Donna Roehl; Attorney, Ron Batty; Financial
Consultant, Jeanne Frederick.
1. TAX INCREMENT AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, PUBLIC HEARING, 5:30 P.M.
Due to the fact that the legal notice of public hearing had not been published for a
sufficient number of days prior to this date the public hearing could not be held.
Moved by Mitchell, seconded by Reiser to adopt Resolution 85-39, Setting a Public
Hearing to consider an amendment to the Tax Increment Plan, for Friday, May 10, 1985
at 5:00 P.M.

Moved by Mitchell, seconded by Reiser to hold a Spec al Meeting, if necessary, on Sat-
urday, April 27, 1985 at 5:30 to consider designatin another newspaper as the official
newspaper if the Crow River News cannot publish the earing Notice in the April 30th
issue of their newspaper.

road grader for park improvement, provided that Robert Dressel is the sole operator.
