APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO
COUNTRY VIEW, INC./
SPORTSMEN FIELD REHABILITATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret and Country View, Inc. entered into a
construction contract for the Sportsmen Field Rehabilitation Project; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the parties agreement, Country View, Inc. has
submitted its final payment request for the Sportsmen Field Rehabilitation
Project, and the Borough Engineer has recommended the processing of the same
for payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret as follows:
1. That the Borough Purchasing Department is hereby authorized to
execute payment pursuant to Payment Certification No. 1 (See
Attached).
2. That a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Borough
Purchasing Department and T&M Associates for distribution to
Country View, Inc.
Adopted this 18th day of December, 2003
and certified as a true copy of the
original on December 19, 2003.
