ORDINANCE NO. 82-0-31 ADOPTED August 25, 1982
AN ORDINANCE: AMENDING SECTION 19-45 OF THE TOWN CODE.
ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. Section 19-45 of the Town Code is amended to read as follows:
Sec. 19-45. Rates established.
The cha~ge for use of water from the town water system shall be based
on ~me-am~ quarterly meter readings taken to the nearest 1,000 gallons
a~-~e~ews at the followin~ rates:
(1) For premises inside the town, the rate shall be $1.50 per quarter
plus ~Qv98 $1.28 per 1,000 gallons.
(2) For premises outside the town, the rate shall be $1.50 per quarter
plus $½v4~ $1.77 per 1,000 gallons.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be effective for charges after the fourth
quarter 1982 billing.
