RE: Formal Submission of Direct Testimony
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (MSD) respectively submits the Direct
Testimony per the Operational Rules, Regulations and Procedures of the Rate
Commission of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, Section 3 (2). Submission
of Direct Testimony is required within ten (10) business days of the date of submittal
of the Rate Change Notice.
