Motion to approve Special Exception TLSE-2019-0004, Leesburg South Floodplain
Alteration/Reclamation to Allow the Alteration of the Floodplain Boundaries on the
Property in the Northeast Quadrant of the Intersection of South King Street and
Evergreen Mill Road with the condition that within one year of completing the fill,
buffer trees will be planted and inspected prior to the Town submitting the Letter of
Map Revision (LOMR) to FEMA for their final approval and remapping of the
floodplain on this property.
