Motion to approve amending the Fiscal Year 2020 General Fund Budget to authorize
a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $38,000 from the proceeds of letters of
credit and awarding a construction contract to Total Development Solutions, LLC in
the Amount of $29,665 to complete the ECHO Development Project.
