AN ORDINANCE: AMENDING CHAPTER 6, ELECTIONS, OF THE TOWN CODE
ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. Chapter 6, Elections, of the Town Code is amended to read as
follows:
Sec. 6-1. Precincts.
There shall be ~we three voting precincts in the municipality,
one of which shall be ~he-wes~-peee~me~ Precinct Number 5~ West Lees-
burg; an~-~he-e~ee-~he-e~-p~ee~ne~-~he-~v~on-~ne-o~-w~eh-~h~

Seeeee-sha~-~e-~e-~he-~eae-peee~ee~ another shall be Precinct Num-
ber 6~ East Leesburg and another shall be ~recinct Number 16~ Dry
~ill-Oulles; as adopted in the redistricting by the LOudoun County
~oard of Supervisors on December 31~ 1981.
Sec. 6-2. Voting Places.
The election of municipal officials and the voting place for
such election in ehe-we~e-peee~mee Precinct Number 5, West Leesburg,
shall be at the Leesburg Volunteer Fire Department BuildingA amd the
election of municipal officials and the voting place for such election
in ~he-ea~-peee~me~ Precinct Number 6~ East Leesbur~, shall be at the
Leesburg Elementary Schoo~and the election of municipal officials
and the voting place for such election in Precinct Number 16~ Dry
Mill-Dulles shall be at the Loudoun Count~ Hish School.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be effective on its passage.
