A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY, CALIFORNIA CONFIRM-
ING THE STREET SUPERINTENDENT'S REPORTS
AND ASSESSMENTS THEREIN.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. In accordance with Section 5883 of the Govern-
ment Code, the reports of the Street Superintendent with respect to
the construction of improvements on the blocks as listed below and
the proposed assessments set forth therein are hereby confirmed;
Blackley - North side Encinita to Fratus
Blackley - North side Fratus to Alessandro
Blackley - South side Encinita to Alessandro
Alessandro - West side Olive to Blackley
Fratus - East side Olive to Blackley
Olive - South side Temple City to Barela
Olive - South side Encinita to Fratus
Olive - South side Fratus to Alessandro
Olive - South side Agnes to Golden West
ladell - 5325
Olive - 10023
Temple'City Blvd. - 5346
Olive - 9602
Section 2. In the event that said assessments are not paid
within five days from date hereof, the Street Superintendent is di-
rected to record a notice of lien in the office of the County Recorder
and turn over a notice of lien to the tax collector for delivery to
the County Auditor for entry on the county assessment books opposite
the descriptions of the parcels concerned. Until the said sum has
been paid in full and discharged of record, interest at the rate of 6%
(six per cent) per annum, will be charged commencing from the 31st day
from date hereof.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of April, 1963.
