and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 6 to Contract No. 10591 with The Sterling Company for design of sanitary sewers and pump station elimination. 40 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 15544 - White Plains Sanitary Relief (Saltbox Dr to Cedar Creek Rd) (12280) Making an appropriation of Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for design in White Plains Sanitary Relief (Saltbox Dr to Cedar Creek Rd) (12280) in the City of Chesterfield, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary- Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 21973 with Lochmueller Group, Inc. for design. 41 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 15546 - Wastewater System Improvement Bonds Series 2020B (the “Series 2020B Bonds”) AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE, SALE AND DELIVERY OF WASTEWATER SYSTEM REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2020B, OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT; PRESCRIBING THE FORM AND DETAILS OF SAID BONDS; AND AUTHORIZING CERTAIN ACTIONS AND DOCUMENTS AND PRESCRIBING OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO. 42 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 15547 - 2021 Bond Authorization Ordinance With an emergency clause, calling a Bond Election to be held on April 6, 2021 in The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District on the proposition whether to issue Five Hundred Million Dollars ($500,000,000) principal amount of sewer revenue bonds. 43 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 15548 - Charter Change Ballot Initiative With an emergency clause, calling an election for April 6, 2021, in the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, for the purpose of submitting to the qualified voters of said District propositions to amend the Plan (Charter) of the District and authorizing the election authorities of the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County to conduct said election; prescribing the form of propositions to be used and providing that notice of said election be given and said election be held in accordance with all applicable Missouri law. 8 Rev/Edited 11/3/20 44 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 15550 - Collection of Excess Proceeds from Properties Sold at St. Louis City and St. Louis County Tax Sale Auctions Authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Beck Ostrom Sweet, LLC, whereby Beck Ostrom Sweet, LLC will provide legal services for the collection of excess proceeds from properties sold at the St. Louis City and St. Louis County tax sale auctions. The iPACS system is vendor hosted with interface capability to other existing District systems (i.e. Laboratory Information Management System (eLab), eCIS+ Billing, Maximo, and GIS. Implementation has been completed, this contract option extension is for hosting and maintenance only.
