ORDINANCE NO. 83-0-10 ADOPTED March 9, 1983
AN ORDINANCE: AMENDING A PROFFER PERTAINING TO REZONING REQUEST ZM-28
WHEREAS, J. Lynn Cornwell, Jr. on January 24, 1983 applied for amendment
of a proffer submitted April 9, 1980 setting forth certain conditions which
became a part of rezoning request ZM-28 by Sycolin Partnership; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the proposed amendment was conducted by
this Council on February 23, 1983;
THEREFORE, ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
Paragraph (a) of the April 9, 1980 proffer by Sycolin Partnership per-
taining to rezoning request ZM-28 is amended to read as follows:
(a) Ail land hereby rezoned within 300 feet of the adjacent residentially
zoned land lying northwest of the land hereby rezoned, owned by applicants
and others, and lying northeast of the southeasterly extension of Harrison
Street shall be used only for offices and/or Ne~m~mg-~e~-~e-e~Re~y sinsle
family dwellings and permitted accessory uses associated with those uses.
Ail land hereby rezoned within 300 feet of the existing adjacent residen-
tially zoned land lying northwest of the land hereby rezoned, owned by
applicants and others, and lying southwest of the southeasterlX extension
of Harrison Street shall be used only for offices and/or
e~Re~½y dwellinss and permitted accessory uses associated with those uses.
