Legal Notice Town of Brewster In accordance with Chander 111 , Section 31 of the General Laws , the Brewster Board of lealth as of this date adopts the following regulation :, For sanitary reasons in order to protect the public health , all dogs , horses and pets are prohibited from all public bathing beabhes in the Town of Brewster , from June 1 to October 1 of the current year and each year hereafter . lAihoever , as described in said Chapter 111 , Section 31 of the General Laws , having the care or custody of above named animals , allows or permits the same upon a public bathing beach , as aforesaid , shall be punished as provided therein .
