NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
VILLAG OF PLAINFIELD
PLAINFIELD, ILLINOIS
On Tuesday evening, October 15, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held by the Plan
Commission of the Village of Plainfield in the Village Hall Board Room, 24401 W. Lockport
Street, Plainfield, Illinois, for the purpose of hearing and considering testimony as to the annexation
approximately 31 acres into the Village of Plainfield, and a special use permit to allow a Planned
Development of 69 single-family detached homes and 40 multi-family units. The subject property
is located generally at the northeast corner of Heggs Rd. & 127th St. in Will County, Illinois and
legally described as follows:
The South 1455. I 9 Feet, Except The North 341 Feet Thereof, Of The West Half Of The West Half
Of The Southeast Quarter Of Section 30, Township 37 North, Range 9 East Of The Third Principal
Meridian, In Will County, Illinois, Also Excepting That Part Taken For Road Described As Follows:
