On Thursday evening, September 12, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held by the Historic Preservation Commission of the Village of Plainfield in the Village Board Room, 24401
W. Lockport Street, Plainfield, Illinois, for the purpose of hearing and considering testimony
regarding a demolition permit for the property located at 24120 & 24122 W. Lockport Street (PIN:
06-03-09-403-039-0000) legally described as follows:
The South 115.50 Feet Of Lot 14, Excepting Therefrom The East 20.80 Feet Thereof, In Assessor's
Subdivision Of Block 4 Of Arnold's Addition To Plainfield, According To The Plat Thereof
Recorded. August 24, 1867 In Book 102, Page 222, As Document No. 57290, All In The Southeast
Quarter Of Section 9, In Township 36 North, Range 9 East Of The Third Principal Meridian, In
Will County, Illinois.
An accurate map of the subject property is on file with the Village Clerk.
