HomeMy Public PortalAbout15544 White Plains Sanitary Relief (Saltbox Dr to Cedar Creek Rd) (12280)ORDINANCE NO. 15544 AN ORDINANCE, making an appropriation of Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for design in White Plains Sanitary Relief (Saltbox Dr to Cedar Creek Rd) (12280) in the City of Chesterfield, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 21973 with Lochmueller Group, Inc. for design. WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for design in White Plains Sanitary Relief (Saltbox Dr to Cedar Creek Rd) (12280) in the City of Chesterfield, Missouri. Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 21973 with Lochmueller Group, Inc. for design in White Plains Sanitary Relief (Saltbox Dr to Cedar Creek Rd) (12280) in the City of Chesterfield, Missouri; and said contract shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District. Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on November 12, 2020.
