AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Two Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) from the General Fund to be used for general landscape design
services in General Services Agreement – Landscape Design (2019) (13044) throughout The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District service area; and authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. 21698 with DTLS Inc. for general landscape design services.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14992, adopted September 13, 2018, appropriated the
initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 21698; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for general landscape design services
in General Services Agreement – Landscape Design (2019) (13044) throughout The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District service area.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 2
to Contract No. 21698 with DTLS Inc. for general landscape design services in General Services
Agreement – Landscape Design (2019) (13044) throughout The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District service area; and said contract shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as
are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on November 12, 2020.
