A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING
WALTER T. SHATFORD II AS ASSISTANT CITY
ATTORNEY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Resolution No. 61 -166 is hereby rescinded.
SECTION 2: That Walter T. Shatford II be, and he is
hereby, appointed and retained as Assistant City Attorney of
the City of Temple City effective May 28, 1963, to serve at the
pleasure of the City Council without compensation as the said
Walter T. Shatford II is paid by the City Attorney as a member
of his staff.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 27th day of May, 1963.
