ORDINANCE NO. 84-0-43 ADOPTED September 26, 1984
AN ORDINANCE: AMENDING CHAPTER 12.1 OF THE TOWN CODE REGARDING THE
CLASSIFICATION PLAN
WHEREAS, the Town Manager has proposed a reorganization of the responsi-
bilities, duties and title for the position of Assistant Town Manager for
Planning and Development and Deputy Town Manager; and
WHEREAS, these changes will lead to a more efficient delivery of the impor-
tant public services of land development review and regulations, economic
development and community development administration.
THEREFORE, ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. Section 12.1-10 of the Town Code, Classification of Town
Employees by Occupation Group and Pay Grades, is amended to read as follows:
Sec. 12.1-10. Classification of town employees by occupational groups and
pay grades.
Employees in the town service are classified in the following
occupational groups and pay grades:
