HomeMy Public PortalAbout15555 Hampton Creek Sanitary Relief (Deer Creek Trunk to Oxford Dr) Phase IA (Brentwood) (13405)ORDINANCE NO. 15555 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for intergovernmental agreement reimbursement for sanitary sewer construction in Hampton Creek Sanitary Relief (Deer Creek Trunk to Oxford Dr) Phase IA (Brentwood) (13405) in the City of Brentwood, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an intergovernmental agreement under Contract No. 21984 with the City of Brentwood, Missouri. WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 15377, adopted March 16, 2020, the Board of Trustees authorized the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer to enter into an intergovernmental agreement with the City of Brentwood, Missouri; and WHEREAS, The Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for intergovernmental agreement reimbursement for sanitary sewer construction in Hampton Creek Sanitary Relief (Deer Creek Trunk to Oxford Dr) Phase IA (Brentwood) (13405) in the City of Brentwood, Missouri. Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement under Contract No. 21984 with the City of Brentwood, Missouri for intergovernmental agreement reimbursement for sanitary sewer construction in Hampton Creek Sanitary Relief (Deer Creek Trunk to Oxford Dr) Phase IA (Brentwood) (13405) in the City of Brentwood, Missouri; and said contract shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District. Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing ordinance was adopted on December 10, 2020.
