AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00)
from the Operation, Maintenance, Construction, Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for cost share
for storm sewer construction in Willow Hill Storm Sewer (Ladue 1614A) (12938) in the City of
Ladue, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an intergovernmental agreement under Contract
No. 21986 with the City of Ladue, Missouri.
WHEREAS, The Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance, Construction, Improvement Fund of Deer Creek
for cost share for storm sewer construction in Willow Hill Storm Sewer (Ladue 1614A) (12938)
in the City of Ladue, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an
intergovernmental agreement under Contract No. 21986 with the City of Ladue, Missouri for cost
share for storm sewer construction in Willow Hill Storm Sewer (Ladue 1614A) (12938) in the City
of Ladue, Missouri; and said contract shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are
approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted on December 10, 2020.
