1. Variance: requesting to impact marshland to maintain right of way — Polk Street right of
way & 318 Polk Street — Zone C2 -EC- 4-0025-01-005Y & 005Z - City of Tybee & Michael
Leonard.
2. Variance: requesting to put pool two feet from property line instead of the required five
foot setback — 52 Captains View — Zone R-2 — 40021 16013 — Tanya & Roger Huff.
