AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE THOUSAND FIFTY DOLLARS ($1,050.00) FROM
THE SURPLUS BARRETT LAW FOR THE 1978 BUDGET OF THE BARRETT LAW DEPARTMENT.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that there be, and thereis hereby appropriated out of the Barrett Law Department
for the year 1978 as follows:
