AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NO. 3203-1977.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3203-1977 was passed and adopted by the Common Council of
the City of Richmond, Indiana, on the 18th day of July, 1977; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3203-1977 was signed by the President of Common Council
and approved by the Mayor of the City of Richmond, Indiana, the 18th day of
July, 1977; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, has determined
that Ordinance No. 3203-1977 was inappropriately drawn; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, has determined
that it is in the best interests of the people of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that Ordinance No. 3203-1977 therefore be repealed,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, WAYNE
COUNTY, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 3203-1977 of the City of Richmond, Wayne County,
Indiana, be and hereby is repealed.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval by the Mayor.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, this
