PLAINFIELD BOARD OF POLICE COMMISSIONERS
SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 26, 2019
Commissioner Greg Chapman called the September 26, 2019 meeting of the Board of
Police Commissioners to order at 6:00pm. In attendance were Commissioner Chapman,
Commissioner Schindlbeck, Chief Konopek and Kim McKinney.
Public Forum: Citizen's Comments- None.
The minutes of the May 16, 2019 meeting and August 27, 2019 meeting were read, and
Commissioner Chapman moved the minutes to be approved, Commissioner Schindlbeck seconded
the motion. All in favor.
Correspondence- None.
Old Business- Written exam test results for the 2019 Promotional Exam were received.
The Commission recognizes the written exam scores and accepts. Commission secretary Kim
McKinney will notify applicants of their written exam score. Kim will continue to work with
IOSolutions to coordinate all remaining details of Sergeant Testing.
An additional round of oral interviews will be held on November 23, 2019 for the 2019
Entry Level Police Officer Position.
New Business- None
Executive Session- No Executive Session was held.
There being no further business or discussion, Commissioner Chapman moved the meeting
be adjourned at 6:19pm.
