Absent Van Hauen. Motion by Van Heiden to approve the Minutes of the August regular meeting. All ayes, carried. Motion by Lindaman second by Nielsen to approve the Treasurer’s report for August. Meg Harms, pool manager presented the end of the year report. Motion by Lindaman second by Buseman to approve offer from Terry Town for the purchase of the alley subject to City Attorney approval. All ayes, carried. Motion by Nielsen second by Van Heiden to approve Resolution 09-2008 a Resolution approve the FY 2008 Road Use Tax Report. Roll call of votes. All ayes, carried. Motion by Nielsen second by Lindaman to approve Buidling permit David Riekena. All ayes, carried. Motion by Lindaman second by Van Heiden to approve liquor license for the Wellsburg Tap and a beer permit for Caseys General Store. All ayes, carried.
