PLAINFIELD, ILLINOIS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Plainfield to consider a variance for a fence in the corner side yard on the property
known as 15731 S. Portage Ln. (PIN 06-03-17-310-030-0000) in Creekside Crossing Subdivision, in
the Village of Plainfield, Will County, Illinois, as legally described below:
Lot 1115 In Creekside Crossing Unit 1, Being A Subdivision In The South Half Of Fractional Section 17, Lying South And East Of The Indian Boundary Line, In Township 36 North, Range 9 East Of The Third Principal Meridian, According To The Plat Thereof, Recorded December 17,
2004 As Document No. R2004-227441, In Will County, Illinois.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that said hearing will be Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at the Plainfield Village Hall, 24401 W. Lockport Street, Plainfield, Illinois at 7:00 p.m. at which time and place all interested parties will have the opportunity to be heard.
