A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL
FROM R-3 ONE - EIGHT FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
TO R-3 SPECIAL USE DISTRICT
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 2019 East Main Street
and legally described as follows, to wit:
65 ft Main St E Pt Sec 33-14-1 OM 522
(Drawing attached as Exhibit A)
as a R-3 One to Eight Family Residential District; and
Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to
a R-3 Special Use District in order to allow the owner to use said real estate as a Certified
Public Accountant office.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the
zoning designation for the above described property is changed to a R-3, Special Use District.
Passed and Adopted this _7th day of July 2008 by the Common Council of the City
of Richmond, Indiana.
