The Town Board of the Town of Fraser met in regular session on December 5, 1960
at 8 :15 P.M., at Clayton's Cafe with all members present but Smith. Jess Newberry
also present.
The minutes of the last meeting were read and upon motion, seconded and apprroved
as read.
The following bills were presented, and the clerk was instructed to draw warrants
for same:

Hoeckel's 5.93
Mountain P Electric 61.21
Motion made by Howell, seconded by Morrow that the bills be duly paid. Motion carried.
Ordinance 1 18 passed on first reading, as of October 3, 1960% Motion made by
Conklin, seconded by Howell that the mit Ordinance be passed. Motion carried.
Better read from Mountain Parks Electric in regard to Christmas lighting.
All members agreed with the December 16 date set by Electric Co.
Jess Newberry present in regard to water billing for his small house. Ordinance
and bonding company setup explained to him as to why he should be billed for two taps,
and that i* is his responsibility to see that this is paid. He agreed to pay the
water bill, and to have it billed in his name.
Motion made by Florquist, seconded by Howell, that the Town Board donate a sum
of money to the School for Christmas program. Motion carried, with the sum to bet=
determined at a later date, after Clerk had talked to PTA, to determine amount needed.
