AN ORDINANCE:

ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION OF THE CHAIRMAN AND MEMBERS OF THE
PLANNING COMMISSION AFTER JULY 1, 1986
(a) Compensation of the chairman of the town planning commission after July
l,l~g3, 1986 shall be $~ 3,150.00 per annum, payable in equal monthly
installments.
(b) Compensation of members of the town planning commission after July 1,
.... 1986, shall be $1,gGG.GG 3,000.00 per annum, payable in equal monthly
installments.
(c) Members of the town planning commission shall be reimbursed for actual
expenses incurred in the exercise of their functions.
SECTION II. Ail prior ordinances and resolutions in conflict herewith are
repealed.

WHEREAS, annual compensation of the chairman and members of the planning
commission has been $1,950 and $1,800 per annum, respectively, since July 1, 1983:
THEREFORE, ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION L Section 13-17 of the Town Code is amended to read as follows:
Sec. 13-17. Compensation of members; reimbursement for expenses.
