ORDINANCE NO. 86-0-38
AN ORDINANCE: AMENDING SECTION 12-19 OF THE TOWN CODE
ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. Section 12-19 of the Town Code is amended to read as follows:
Sec. 12-19. Fee.
The fee for such license shall be that prescribed in Section ~-~ 17-68 of
this Code.
All prior ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed.
This ordinance shall be in effect upon its passage.
