AN ORDINANCE ANENDING NO. 3003-1976, AND CREATING THE
POSITION OF DEPUTY DIRECTOR FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT AND FIX19NG THE SALARY THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 3003-1975 of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, be, and the same hereby is_,; amended by
adding thereto the position of Deputy Director in the
Department of Community Development, and that the salary_
of said position for the fiscal year beginning January 1,
1976, and ending December 31, 1976, shall be the sum
of $ 13,59,5.00.
SECTION 2: Be it further ordained that this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval by the Mayor.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council o the City of
