Call to Order:
The meeting was called to order by Ed Meyers at 6:30 pm, March 10, 2015.
Approval of Agenda
Ed Meyers asked for any additions or correction. Hearing none the agenda was approved as
printed.
Approval of Minutes:
Ed Meyers asked for any changes to the minutes as printed. Hearing none the minutes were
approved as printed.
Council Issues:
Council Issues was bypassed as Councilman Henry was not in attendance.
HPC Business
a. Landmark Designation Award – Two applications were received and reviewed by the
Commission 1) Broadway School and 2) JC Airport Terminal. Based on the information
provided by the applicants Bill Case moved to nominate the Broadway School to receive
the Landmark Designation and Kevin Kelly seconded the motion. Mark Schreiber
moved to not designate the JC Airport Terminal as a Landmark and Bill Case seconded
the motion. Motion passed.
b. Gregory Stockard Award – Discussion was held as to who has shown distinguished
community service in preservation efforts. Bill Case made a motion to nominate Cathy
Bordner. Mark Schreiber seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Dates to Remember:
a. Next meeting April 14, 2015
b. CLG Forum April 17, 2015 – Jayme reported that this an annual training for Certified
Local Governments. Doug Record and Art Hernandez volunteered to attend the Forum
with Jayme Abbott.

Jane Moore moved adjournment. Mark Schreiber seconded the motion. Motion passed.
